Pomare residents "disenfranchised and ghettoised" - Kim Workman

Dubbed the “3 Mongrel Mob molls” by Michael Laws and evicted from Lower Hutt’s most notorious gang ghetto, three women of Farmer Crescent are now free to reside in Pomare once again. But a leader in crime and justice says it’s the state’s abandonment of the residents, rather than gang violence, that’s the real problem in Pomare.
